Arriving in Style

When you check-in as a young traveller, you'll be greeted by name and receive a special Kids@Taj bag with goodies and a ‘Kids@Taj Passport’, stamped by every Taj hotel you stay in around the world, along with an official certificate commemorating any Kids@Taj activities on their holiday. Other treats include your personal hotel registration card, letterheads and key card holder. You'll also get a Kids@Taj sketchbook with crayons and postcards which the concierge can post on your behalf to their loved ones and friends.

Food for Thought

When it comes to dining, it’s not just adults who are catered for. To ensure young guests are happy at mealtimes, there’s a special Kid’s Dining Menu, and any dietary or allergen requirements are catered for. At bedtime, kids between 2 and 12 can enjoy personalised giant cookies with marshmallows and hot chocolate, while milkshakes and smoothies are also available. Fun for All Family

Despite appearances, the Kids@Taj program isn’t just for young guests, as the whole family can enjoy a series of activities. A themed ‘London Activity Book’ is provided and the concierge will be on hand to assist with specific places of interest for children, from amusement parks and museums to shopping (including London’s favourite toyshop, Hamleys) and other recommended activities.

Trips outside of London can also be arranged, such as to Legoland in Windsor, Chessington World of Adventures or the ‘Go Ape’ adventure park in Kent. For a unique experience, the hotel also offers a bespoke Harry Potter Experience. You and your family will be embraced by authentic sets, spellbound by bewitching special effects and made privy to behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter series.
