SPA RULES
To preserve our sanctuary’s tranquillity, we invite guests to observe our spa etiquette. These guidelines, covering everything from arrival times to our digital-free policy, ensure a seamless and serene experience for every visitor to J Wellness Circle.
Hours & Scheduling
Operational Hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Extended Treatments: Bookings requested beyond standard hours must be secured by 6:00 PM the previous evening and carry a 25% surcharge.
Advance Bookings: Prior reservations are essential and require credit card guarantee. A 12.5% service charge applies to all services.
Day Access: Non-residents may secure a Day Spa Pass for £100 per person, granting three hours of access. Complimentary wet area access is extended with any treatment of 120 minutes or longer.
Arrival & Cancellations
Arrival: Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointments for a private consultation. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times.
Cancellations: A 24 hour notice is required for all rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.
The Sanctuary Environment
Tranquility: J Wellness Circle is a digital-free, smoke-free, and alcohol-free environment. Mobile devices must be silenced and low speaking volumes maintained.
Age Restrictions: The spa facilities are reserved exclusively for guests aged 16 and over.
Special Considerations & Dress Code
Dress Code: Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the wet areas. Underwear or the disposable underwear provided by the spa must be worn for all body treatments. Robes, towels, slippers, and personal amenities are provided for your comfort.
Health & Wellbeing: Please inform your spa therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your treatment. Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other medical concerns are advised to consult their physician prior to booking treatments. The use of hot wet areas is not recommended during pregnancy.
Treatment Guidance: For the best experience, we recommend shaving several hours before a facial, avoiding shaving or waxing the day before body scrubs, and drinking plenty of water before and after treatments. Guests are also encouraged to rest and avoid vigorous activity for at least one hour following their treatment.
Spa Etiquette: The Spa Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises in the event of non-adherence to spa etiquette.
