To satiate the UK’s resurgent passion for traditional afternoon tea 51’s Executive Chef, Vikas Milhoutra, has created a tea menu to tie in with some key calendar events. Guests relaxing in the lush and leafy surroundings of The Courtyard can enjoy the lovely summer sunshine with a selection of afternoon teas. All teas also include a selection of scones and finger sandwiches.
